Remember keeping things in the fridge or freezer doesn’t mean it keeps forever. One trick I love using is  to write on food when you placed in freezer and the date it needs to be eaten by. You can buy stickers, i get mine from Amazon here.

I find this helps me to keep on track of my meals, waste less food and stick to my meal plans as I have plenty of leftovers when life gets too busy to make a new plan.

Another great tip is to store your meals already in your portions making it easier to know how much to cook /eat later on. This saves time and money in the long run.
